Questions we get asked
Engagements start at €2,000, and the price is purely based on estimated effort. We estimate the work after discovery. Discover work is free and pre-commitment. If your own people can take on part of the work, that saves cost on the estimate.
Builds range from three weeks to several months, and typically stay under half a year. Where a project lands depends on complexity, size and novelty, how far it integrates with your live systems, how many stakeholders are involved, your people's availability, and how much training and documentation you need.
It depends entirely on the project, but in principle we need three things from your people: information, validation, and time for training and adoption.
We use cutting-edge, full-scope AI development systems with built-in, multi-staged human accountability. Our testing and quality control system ensures explicit and implicit requirements are reliably met, controlled for full functionality.
We ground answers in a vetted knowledge base. Systems are split into steps with explicit validation between them, and human checkpoints where course correction is possible. Additionally, we apply reliability techniques such as iterative benchmarking: a fixed question set scored before and after every change, so improvements are kept and regressions are caught.
Information you share during the project stays with us. We do not share, publish or reuse it, and we are happy to sign your standard non-disclosure agreement. Data inside the system we build is handled separately, with GDPR and sensitive data addressed by design.
Go-live is followed by hypercare and performance analysis. After that we remain available for maintenance and support, in line with what the project needs.
