Questions we get asked

Yes, and that includes the roadmap. The one-day guideline exists to keep the assessment from turning into a project. We agree the scope with you before starting, and within reason the work is free. It is useful to us as well, because it shows whether your business is a fit for projects later. You are never obliged to use us for those.

As little as one hour with one person, and you set the ceiling. Depending on how deep you want to go, it can extend to several short sessions with some email in between. We agree on the right depth in our initial conversation and work within whatever capacity you have.

Having a clear picture of the problems gives us a great head start. In the assessment we will build on it together with your targets and the operating model around them. Processes, people and assets shape which solution fits which problem, turning what you know into a targeted solution.

It stays with us. We do not share it, publish it, or use it anywhere else. If you would like that in writing, send us your standard non-disclosure agreement and we would be happy to sign it.

No. We need no accounts, logins or connections. We might ask which systems you use and how they fit together depending on the scope.
